These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Shouhnaty (the "Platform"), operated at shouhnaty.ma and its related supplier and administrative portals. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Shouhnaty operates a business-to-business marketplace connecting importers ("Importers") with freight forwarders and customs brokerage companies ("Suppliers") across Morocco, the United Arab Emirates, China, and Turkey.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Suppliers may add team members ("agents") who act on the company's behalf; the company remains responsible for their actions on the Platform.
Shouhnaty is an intermediary that facilitates discovery, communication, and quote requests between Importers and Suppliers. Shouhnaty is not a party to, and does not guarantee the performance of, any shipping, freight, or customs service arranged between an Importer and a Supplier.
All communication and transactions related to an order originated on the Platform must take place on the Platform. Sharing personal contact details (phone numbers, email addresses) in chat to move a conversation off-Platform is prohibited and may be automatically blocked. Shouhnaty bears no responsibility for any transaction, payment, or arrangement conducted outside the Platform, including but not limited to non-payment, fraud, non-delivery, or disputes over quality, and cannot provide dispute support for activity that did not occur on the Platform.
Suppliers may join under a Standard plan ($0 first year, then $99/year, 2.3% commission per completed order) or a Gold Partner plan ($299/year, 1.9% commission per completed order), as described on our Pricing page and in the Supplier Partner Agreement signed during onboarding. Fees and commission rates may be updated with advance notice.
Suppliers must submit accurate business registration and identification documents for verification before their listings appear publicly. Shouhnaty may suspend or remove any listing found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
Reviews may only be submitted by an Importer after a completed order with the reviewed Supplier. Reviews must reflect the reviewer's genuine experience. Shouhnaty may remove reviews that violate this policy or applicable law.
You agree not to: provide false information; attempt to circumvent Platform fees by moving transactions off-Platform after a connection was made through Shouhnaty; harass or defraud other users; upload content that infringes on others' rights or violates applicable law; or interfere with the Platform's operation or security.
The Platform is provided "as is." Shouhnaty does not guarantee the accuracy of Supplier listings, the quality of services rendered, or the outcome of any transaction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shouhnaty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or from any transaction between Importers and Suppliers.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment of applicable fees. You may stop using the Platform and request account closure at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated where practical.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory local law applicable to you requires otherwise.
